Hawaiian Chicken Kebabs & Cilantro Ginger Rice

The flavors of the Pacific (candy pineapple, ginger and soy) accompany bite-sized items of boneless rooster on this grilled kebab. The key ingredient? Toasted sesame oil. Hawaiian Rooster Kebabs & Cilantro Ginger Rice

Substances

  • 8 (12-inch) wood or metallic skewers
  • 1/4 cup (60g) orange-pineapple juice
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce (licensed gluten-free if crucial)
  • 1 tbsp mild brown sugar
  • 2 tsp darkish or toasted sesame oil, divided

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions
