For the rooster skewers

  • 8 (6-8 inch) wood skewers
  • 12 oz (340g) boneless, skinless rooster breast
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 2 tsp contemporary lemon juice

  • 16 cherry tomatoes

For the raita

  • 3/4 cup (184g) plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup (120g) cucumber, chopped 
  • 2 tbsp contemporary mint, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly floor black pepper

Instructions

Soak skewers in water for at the least half-hour.
